So, in an article of 250-300 words, you should mention your search terms 5 to 7 times.

Doing this it will help your search engine optimization efforts over time. When you leave relevant interesting and useful comments on other blogs, people follow the link back to your blog to learn more about you and read more of what you have to say about the particular topic.
