Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Assistant:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
    • Computer proficiency test as per SSC norms.
  • Stenographer Grade I & II:

    • Graduate or 12th Pass from a recognized board.
    • Typing proficiency:
      • Stenography speed: 100 WPM (Grade I), 80 WPM (Grade II).
      • Transcription: 40 minutes (English).
  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC):

    • 12th Pass from a recognized board.
  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

    • 12th Pass from a recognized board.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess 6–10 years of relevant experience in the parent cadre/department.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for all posts is 56 years.


Tenure

  • Appointments are on a deputation basis for 3 years, extendable as per organizational requirements.
